Job Description
- Build and develop plans for promotional communication activities and promotional programs on eCommerce platforms;
- List products in the store according to the standards of each sales channel;
- Manage products on the platform to ensure content information is optimized to increase conversion rates; regularly check and update: product information, promotional programs, pricing, inventory, etc;
- Manage and operate the eCommerce platform (order management, payment processing, outgoing goods, returns, and stock);
- Consulting for customers, receive feedback from customers, and propose solutions for customer services;
- Market research, competitors and customers to develop platform growth plans and propose the development of additional eCommerce channels;
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to deployment sales promotion programs and customer services;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective execution of tasks: Warehouse, Purchasing, etc;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics on the platform and propose solutions to improve limitations;
- Report and statistical sales data, perform revenue reconciliation across sales channels;
- Other tasks as requested by Line management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, or Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Have experience on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, and have a good network in the industry;
- Knowledge and experience in operating eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok shop, Tiki, etc.);
- Ability to analyze data and use it to propose improvements;
- Responsible and accountable in work;
- Planning skills and the ability to report on time and accurate manner;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments;
- A positive, results orientated and work focused attitude;
- A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion;
