The warranty does not include hardware technical support (installation connection, installation ...), data recovery, software or support disassembly, erasing passwords on the product. In the event that the warranty requires replacement of components, Perfetto reserves the right to repair or use any type of component in accordance with Perfetto's standards to replacement. Accessories for handles, milk bottles ... come with the coffee machine product, if it does not violate the terms of warranty disclaimer, Perfetto will provide free warranty by express delivery to your home. 2. Terms of warranty disclaimer:

4. Return Policy

Scope of application

- Apply returns for damaged products due to shipping errors (at the time of receipt)

Conditions of exchange:
