Job description

• Receiving and repairing products at the company and customer locations.
• Installing basic coffee machines and commercial coffee grinders.
• Identifying and repairing basic machine faults for all company products.
• Repairing and servicing coffee equipment in the service center.
• Supporting product delivery and user manuals to customers.
• Supporting repairing basic faults (electricity, water, etc.) at the company building.
• Ensuring technical safety during equipment operation and repair.
• Maintaining service quality to ensure a safe and clean working environment in the service area.
• Updating and reporting work accurately and on time.
• Business travelling as required.
  

Job requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Graduate from vocational school or higher, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
• Creative thinking in repairing equipment.
• Skills in repairing simple electronic circuits.
• Willing to work outside the office and beyond regular working hours to ensure job progress.
• Honest, diligent, and careful.
• Responsible for assigned tasks.
• Willing to travel for work as required.
