Perfetto's general warranty policy
Warranty conditions:
- During the warranty period, defective components will be repaired or replaced free of charge if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
- Any costs not covered by the warranty will be charged separately.
- Customers are requested to bring the device, along with the warranty card and purchase invoice, to the Service Center (the warranty card must be fully completed).
The product will be refused warranty in the following cases:
- Damage not caused by manufacturing defects or inherent failure of product components.
- This product is not distributed by Perfetto Vietnam Co., Ltd.
- The product has been altered or repaired at locations not authorized by Perfetto Vietnam Co., Ltd.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, installation issues, corrosive environments, or misuse contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Damage caused by insects entering the product.
- Product damage resulting from the use of non-genuine accessories, products, software, dependent devices, or other peripherals.
- Damage caused by using an incorrect power source (not 220V) or an insufficient power supply.
- Parts subject to natural wear and tear during use, including the casing and accessories supplied with the product.
- The product was used with an incorrect type of coffee for the De'Longhi grinder or coffee maker, or with substandard-quality coffee, such as coffee containing excessive butter, oil, grit, plastic, or metal.
- The product does not have a warranty card, or the warranty card is invalid.
- The label on the machine or the product's serial number is torn or illegible.
- The product label (for products with labels) is torn or damaged.
