Job Description

• Develop and look for new customers in coffee shop, office and other customers in HORECA channel;
• Achieving sales targets;
• Maintaining and further strengthen existing and new account relationships;
• Learning, understanding coffee solution for hotels and restaurants according to Perfetto’s portfolio;
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism;
• Minimizing business risk;
• Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;
• Manage customers issues;
• Contact customers to collect debt;
• Maintaining a harmonious working environment;
• Completing reports to upper management as required;
• Assisting other duties assigned by Line Manager and BOD.
  

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years related working experience;
• Degree in Economics, Commerce, or Business Management or a related discipline;
• Strong network of HORECA channels;
• Experience in selling B2B;
• Experience with HORECA/F&B channels;
• Good presentation, time management and coordination skills;
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English is plus;
• Travelling business as required.
