Job Description
- Live chat on eCommerce platforms, customer consultation, receiving feedback, and offering solutions;
- Monitor daily business activities on eCommerce platforms, including posting new products, editing content and keywords to align with promotional campaigns;
- Monitor orders, stock and updates timely;
- Update policy information from sales channels and product categories; report market conditions and business performance to Line manager;
- Receive and resolve issues related to products, orders, incorrect shipments, and returns;
- Other tasks as requested by Line management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates with a college’s degree in Economics, Commerce, or Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline;
- At least 6 months of experience operating eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok shop, Tiki,...);
- Have experience using software systems;
- Have skills in data analysis and report;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments;
- A positive, results orientated and work focused attitude;
- A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion
